I’ve one very tough, difficult and poisonous direct report. He goes behind my again and makes an attempt to undermine me — and it seems to be working. My supervisor and director appear to be supporting my poisonous worker. After a gathering the place my worker took middle stage and spoke for 2 hours, demeaning me and blaming errors on me, I spoke with my director. The director stated, “Don’t really feel dangerous that you’ve got been asking for a similar issues and we turned you down and gave them to him; he’s simply higher at promoting his concepts than you’re.” This individual will destroy my profession if this goes on. He’s already divided my division with half the folks seeking to him for steering. How on earth do I repair this with no assist?
